1. Choose the sleeping according to the season. The reason is the baby stays comfortably warm and does not over heat.
2. Buy bags or sacks that are given TOG rating according to the warmth they provide. For instance during the baby would require a bag with a lower TOG.
3. Choose a sleeping bag with deep sleeve holes so there is enough room for air to circulate.
4. Always choose the sleeping bag/sack that is machine washable.
